Restart Apache Server

How to solve the problem of unable to reboot

Use this command: "sudo systemctl --force --force reboot"

bitnami@ip-172-26-2-143:~$ sudo reboot
Failed to start reboot.target: Connection timed out
See system logs and 'systemctl status reboot.target' for details.
bitnami@ip-172-26-2-143:~$ sudo shutdown -r now
Failed to start reboot.target: Connection timed out
See system logs and 'systemctl status reboot.target' for details.
